Divorce Care

A safe place where caring people come alongside you as you find healing from the pain of separation or divorce. At this 13-week, video-based support group program, you’ll find helpful counsel to manage the emotional turmoil and practical tools for decision-making, and group discussion that will aide in healing.

Divorce After Care

After DivorceCare is done then what? Moving forward is often difficult alone, AfterCare is a program designed for support and for further tackling the issues that you face along your journey of divorce moving towards maturity. Cancer Care

A monthly, faith-based support group that welcomes individuals affected by cancer, offering hope, love, and peace to current patients and survivors of all ages and genders, regardless of diagnosis.

There are so many people affected by one diagnosis. That’s why we are now offering CancerCARE; a monthly, faith-based support group that welcomes individuals affected by cancer, offering hope, love, and peace to current patients and survivors of all ages and genders, regardless of diagnosis.

Join us the First Tuesday of Every Month @ 10:30am

Receiving a cancer diagnosis can be an overwhelming experience filled with fear, anxiety, worry, frustration, and so many other emotions. The journey is exhausting not only physically and mentally – but also spiritually!

Grief Share

A safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.

Young Adults

(18-25)

To nurture a Jesus-centred, outward-facing & deep-rooted community of 18-25’s.
In a typical month, you can expect to:
Gather
First Saturday: Gather at the church for friendship, fun, and spiritual care.
Connect
Second Saturday: Meet in a different home to connect and strengthen our relationship to the local church body.
Unite
Third Tuesday: Join Eston College’s Open Chapel plus host a city-wide hangout time, post service, to build community with YAs from across Regina.

Serve
Fourth Saturday: Head out to serve our community, partnering with various organizations across the city.
Celebrate
Fifth Saturday: A couple of times a year we get bonus Saturday events. These will feature adventures out on the town.
Small Gatherings
Each YA is encouraged to connect with a small gathering weekly for discipleship and accountability.

MEN’S MINISTRY

 

This group hosts bi-monthly men’s breakfasts where men and boys of all ages gather and connect over good food and a special speaker.

REAL Women

REAL is an acyonam for 
Relationships, Encouragement, Accountibility & Laughter.

This group gathers 4-5 times a year.  These events vary from morning brunch, to paint and craft nights.

 

55+ MINISTRY

Fifty-five Plus hosts 4 to 5 events each year to provide opportunity for connection for those in the 55 years of age and older community.  We desire to help them sense that they are seen and that they belong. 

Our goal is to see people engaged in church life, promote serve opportunities and encourage multi-generational encounters.  Our events are advertised in the church email, as well as on the 55+ bulletin board in the main hallway.
