Serve

"The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve" Mark 10:45

We want to invite you to join one of our serve teams!

Joining one of these teams is a great way to get more connected in our church family, to develop your gifting, and to thrive as an active part of the body of Christ.

Below we have brief descriptions of our four serve teams, then you can click the "Join a Serve Team" button below and we will help find the perfect spot for you!

  • Our Connections Team members provide connection points during our weekend services for church family and guests through roles such as greeting, ushering, or serving coffee. *Children are welcome to serve alongside their families on this team.

There are also opportunities throughout the week for connection team members to lead/facilitate small groups.

  • Those serving on our Next Gen Team can serve on weekends or weekdays at different programs ministering to children, youth, and families in a variety of roles from administration to teaching, or other supporting roles. *Children ages 11 and up can serve as a part of this team. **Criminal record check and Plan to Protect training may be required.

  • The Worship Community helps to serve and lead the church in worship, glorifying God in His presence. Our Worship Community is made up of teams of Musicians, Dancers, Visual Artists (Prophetic Art), and Technical Arts. *Children 12 & up can serve on anyone of these teams (anyone younger who is interested, please contact pastormatt@reginaap.com) .

Areas for Technical Arts include: Sound, Cameras, Lights & Pro Presenter (Lyrics & Display).

Areas for Musicians include: Drums, Bass Guitar, Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Keys (Piano), Violin, Cello, and Vocals

*Please note we are currently at capacity for vocalists, keys, & bass guitar (please contact pastormatt@reginaap.com if you still wish to audition & be placed on waitlist).

*An audition process is required for musicians interested serving on worship teams, for more information on this click here.

  • Special Events Team members serve throughout the year at one-time events or short term programs (3-5 weeks) that are put on for our church family or as community outreach programs (ie. Alpha, Christmas banquet, Family Fall Festival, etc.). There are a variety of roles from set up/tear down and meal prep, to hospitality and administration. *Children are welcome to serve with their families on this team.

  • Welcome to the Coffee House! At the Coffee House, our goal is to provide a space for the Regina Apostolic Church, Eston College, and the wider Regina community to experience the love of Jesus through coffee, food, and fellowship.

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to join a team (connected with their regular volunteer times) and serve one shift a week or every other week. This could be on Sundays or Wednesday evenings, or even a morning during the week.

We look forward to hearing from you!
